Job Summary

As a Pega Lead System Architect at ]init[, you will spearhead the digital transformation of public and private sector clients by designing and implementing complex, reusable software solutions. Your day-to-day involves leading interdisciplinary teams of business and system architects to translate user stories and epics into modern, user-friendly BPM applications. You will be the primary technical authority for agile Pega projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from requirements analysis to the definition of IT strategies and target architectures. Beyond project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in evolving the company's internal Pega Practice, ensuring technical excellence across the organization. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification; current Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification is mandatory.
