As a Pega Lead System Architect at ]init[, you will spearhead the digital transformation of public and private sector clients by designing and implementing complex, reusable software solutions. You will be the primary technical authority for agile Pega projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from requirements analysis to the definition of IT strategies and target architectures.
