Job Summary

As a Pega Lead System Architect, you will spearhead the implementation of complex, future-oriented digitalization projects for both public and private sector clients. You will be the primary authority for Pega-based solutions, leading interdisciplinary teams of business and system architects to translate requirements into user-friendly software. Your daily responsibilities include designing efficient, reusable architectures, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and mapping user stories and epics. Beyond project delivery, you will play a strategic role in developing the internal Pega Practice, ensuring technical standards remain cutting-edge.
