Job Summary

As a Senior System Architect PEGA, you will lead the implementation of complex digitalization projects for both public and private sector clients. You will be responsible for designing efficient, reusable Pega solutions and translating user stories and epics into user-friendly software. Working closely with business architects and project managers, you will analyze and optimize existing processes while contributing to IT strategies and target architectures. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to actively shape the Pega Practice within the company, ensuring technical standards remain cutting-edge across the organization. This position offers significant flexibility, allowing for full-time or part-time work, mobile working from anywhere in Germany, and even 'workation' options within the EU. You will join an interdisciplinary team of over 1,200 professionals dedicated to creating digital solutions with high social relevance.
