Job Summary

As a Senior System Architect PEGA, you will lead the implementation of complex digitalization projects for both public and private sector clients. You will be responsible for designing efficient, reusable Pega solutions and translating business requirements into user-friendly software. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with Business Architects and project management to analyze and optimize processes, map user stories, and define IT strategies. A key part of this role involves actively developing the Pega Practice within the company to ensure technical standards remain cutting-edge. This position offers significant flexibility, allowing for full-time or part-time arrangements and the choice between mobile work from anywhere in Germany or working from one of seven office locations.
