Job Summary

As a Senior System Architect PEGA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of tomorrow by realizing complex, future-oriented solutions for both public and private sector clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading the implementation of agile digitalization projects based on the Pega platform, working closely with interdisciplinary teams of business architects and project managers to translate user stories and epics into user-friendly software. You will be responsible for designing efficient, reusable Pega architectures, optimizing business processes, and contributing to high-level IT strategies. Beyond project work, you will actively help build the Pega Practice within the organization, mentoring developers and ensuring technical standards remain cutting-edge. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification; Mandatory certification as Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA); Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) preferred.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Pega implementation projects
  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer in IT projects
  • Extensive background in the IT sector and development of model-based business solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in the Public and/or Private Sector digitalization projects
