This leadership role involves the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the Youth and Young Adults department at Kolping-Bildungswerk in Leverkusen. Required Skills

Experience
- Initial professional experience in labor market services or implementing programs for youth and young adults
- Experience in personnel steering and resource planning
- Proven knowledge of German social security codes SGB II and SGB III
- Experience in managing budgets and organizational processes
- Professional experience in collaborating with public authorities and educational institutions
