Job Summary

As a Senior Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer at Dornier Suntrace in Hamburg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renewable energy. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning I&C systems for large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage projects, ranging from 10 to 1000 MW. You will create technical specifications for procurement, design network plans and communication diagrams, and develop energy management systems for complex hybrid setups involving wind, solar, and conventional turbines. A significant part of the role includes coordinating technical workflows with international clients, suppliers, and grid operators, ensuring seamless system integration from planning through to on-site commissioning.
