Job Summary

As an Embedded Systems Development Engineer, you will join the CONDIMON team to develop next-generation intelligent sensors for predictive maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and maintaining firmware for ESP32 and STM32 microcontrollers, handling sensor integration, signal preprocessing, and wireless data transmission. You will bridge the gap between hardware and software by supporting schematic design and PCB layouts while managing data pipelines into an AWS-based cloud backend. This role is unique because it offers the opportunity to work on a complete product lifecycle—from physical sensor hardware and edge computing to cloud infrastructure and machine learning. You will play a key role in the scaling phase of the platform, allowing for significant influence on technology decisions. The position is ideal for engineers who enjoy a mix of low-level programming, hardware design, and modern cloud integration within a supportive, innovation-driven environment.
