This role involves managing structural engineering and urban planning projects for the Saale-Wipper association of municipalities. As a Public Works and Urban Planning Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert opinions on construction law, coordinating urban development plans, and overseeing building projects in collaboration with specialized planning offices. Your daily tasks include drafting statutes under the Building Code (BauGB), conducting feasibility studies, and managing databases related to municipal development. You will play a key role in the urban renewal of Alsleben and Güsten. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in municipal administration or a comparable institution is desirable
- Experience in building regulations and planning law is preferred
- Experience in coordinating construction projects and urban development procedures
- Proven ability in drafting administrative statutes and technical statements
