Job Summary
As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of user-centered digital products and services. Your daily activities will include conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. You will work closely with product management and development teams to continuously optimize applications based on user feedback and KPIs. A key part of the role involves maintaining design systems and mentoring junior designers. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree with a focus on UX, Interface, Interaction, Information, Communication, or Graphic Design, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in UI/UX design
- Experience in User Research methods and usability principles
- Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with complex B2B or SaaS products
- Experience in mentoring junior UI/UX designers
- Experience in collaborating with technical development teams
