Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position offers a diverse and responsible role within a stable, growth-oriented medium-sized company. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operative controlling and financial accounting tasks, serving as a key point of contact for group reporting to the Swedish parent company, Lifco AB. Daily responsibilities include contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budget planning, and continuous monitoring. Beyond core finance, the role involves supporting global purchasing initiatives and human resources management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field; alternatively, a commercial vocational qualification with a focus on Controlling/Finance/Accounting, or certification as a Tax Assistant or Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter).
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of accounting and controlling
- Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Experience with budget planning and performance monitoring
- Proven track record of working independently and accurately under pressure
