Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant in the Business Consulting department of the Düsseldorf Chamber of Skilled Crafts, you will serve as the primary point of contact for aspiring entrepreneurs and established businesses. Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising on business startup procedures, funding opportunities, and legal requirements within the craft sector. A unique aspect of this role involves managing the department's digital presence, where you will maintain and optimize an AI chatbot and avatar in collaboration with IT teams. You will also manage the 'Business Exchange' platform, matching potential successors with member businesses, and create independent business comparisons and marketing layouts. This position offers the stability of a public service contract (TV-L) with modern benefits like mobile work, flexible hours, and a dedicated canteen. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant for Office Management, Administrative Assistant, or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative support or office management
- Experience in creating professional texts and visual layouts
- Experience or strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence and digital tools
- Experience in business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Preferred experience with legal frameworks such as the Crafts Code or Vocational Training Act
