This role involves the independent technical management of a residential real estate portfolio for a long-standing housing cooperative in Augsburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair measures, conducting apartment viewings, and managing handovers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for external service providers, craftsmen, and the in-house maintenance team (carpentry and facility management). A significant part of the role involves driving digitalization efforts, such as using the company app for mobile handovers and maintaining digital building plans.
