As a Compliance Manager at Bayer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of finished medicinal products. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting visual inspections (Compliance Checks) and piece-by-piece inspections in accordance with strict operational and legal regulations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of reference and retention samples, which includes storage, shelf-space optimization, periodic inspections, and the secure disposal of expired samples. Additionally, you will support the shipping of registration samples, the storage of stability testing samples, and the processing of quality complaints.
