Job Summary

As a Business Analyst in Berlin, you will play a pivotal role within the Product organization, specifically focusing on accounting products and fintech solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting internal product discovery to identify business problems, mapping complex payment and accounting flows, and automating manual processes. You will facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams. A key part of the role is collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that software changes align with financial logic and operational accounting standards. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, ideally in fintech
  • Experience translating business needs into structured requirements and high-quality user stories
  • Professional experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine scope
