As an IT Desktop Support Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring the continuous operation of system environments. Your daily responsibilities include processing support tickets in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will also be responsible for software maintenance, patch management, and documenting all technical activities.
