As an IT Specialist focused on AI, you will play a pivotal role in automating manual tasks through Generative AI use cases, such as ticket support and document processing. Your day-to-day will involve preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data to enhance service logistics, alongside building assistants within the company's proprietary GPT solution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach and wants to translate technical AI concepts into tangible business processes.
