As a Project Manager for Building Services and Systems Engineering at DB InfraGO AG in Leipzig, you will lead complex construction and technical building services (TGA) projects for station reception buildings. Your daily responsibilities involve steering projects from the planning phase through to commissioning, with a specific focus on structural renovation and technical equipment (Cost Group 400). Required Skills

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the management of construction projects
  • Proven experience in leading external planning offices, executing companies, and construction supervisors
  • Experience in handling technical building services (TGA) specifically within Cost Group 400
  • Professional experience in project reporting and performance tracking using KPIs
