Job Summary
This full-time role at Bioscientia MVZ Labor Karlsruhe GmbH involves performing high-level molecular biological analyses within a large-scale medical laboratory environment. As a key member of the Molecular Biology department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of laboratory tests, equipment maintenance, and the technical evaluation of results. Beyond bench work, you will contribute to essential laboratory organization tasks, including inventory management, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) maintenance, and quality management protocols. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as Medical Laboratory Technician (MTL/MTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Biology Laboratory Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in a relevant field.
Experience
- Professional experience in molecular biological methods is highly preferred
- Experience in laboratory organization including ordering and inventory management
- Proven experience in technical evaluation and assessment of laboratory results
- Experience working within a structured quality management framework
