Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a natural scientist to join a specialized consulting firm focused on the European biocidal industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will actively participate in regulatory projects at the EU level, supporting the preparation and defense of active substance and product dossiers. Your daily responsibilities will include characterizing biocidal products based on their chemical and toxicological properties, managing complex data sets, and performing human health or environmental risk assessments. You will also develop integrated testing strategies and monitor studies in collaboration with clients and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys scientific challenges and wants to grow within a dynamic, international project environment. Required Skills
Education
University degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD) in life sciences or environmental sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Toxicology, or related disciplines).
Experience
- Professional experience in regulatory affairs or scientific consulting
- Experience in the characterization of biocidal active substances and products
- Experience in performing exposure and risk assessments
- Proven experience in study monitoring and coordination with CROs
- Experience in data and information management within a scientific context
