Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, or equivalent) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Road/Civil Engineering or Water/Urban Water Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in road construction or water management
- Experience in public procurement procedures and creating service specifications
- Experience in managing engineering contracts and technical assessments
- Several years of professional experience is preferred
- Experience with CAD and GIS software is desirable
