Job Summary
As a Network Planner at telcas GmbH, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and realization of complex network infrastructures within the Baden-Württemberg region. Your daily activities will involve managing medium to large-scale IT projects independently, implementing sophisticated firewall and network solutions tailored to specific client needs, and providing operational support. You will act as a critical technical bridge, performing incident and problem management while interfacing with 3rd-level manufacturer support. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on technical troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. Cisco or Fortinet certifications are highly preferred.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the network sector (LAN/Firewall/Security)
- Proven practical experience with Cisco Systems products
- Experience in independent management of medium to large-scale IT projects
- Experience in 3rd-level manufacturer support interfacing and incident management

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to participate in on-call duties (Bereitschaftsdienst). Located in or willing to work within the Baden-Württemberg region.
