As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and security of client IT infrastructures. Your daily responsibilities will be diverse, with approximately 70% of your time dedicated to 1st-level support, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, and commissioning MES software. You will also manage hardware lifecycles, including RAID repairs and workstation setups, and oversee server administration for both Windows and Linux environments. The role involves active participation in network support, such as VLAN tagging and WLAN access point management, as well as media technology installation. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of remote and on-site work.
