Job Summary
As a Time Management Specialist at the Hessian Central for Data Processing (HZD), you will serve as the central point of contact for all matters regarding working hours, absences, and collective bargaining regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring that legal and contractual requirements are correctly mapped within the system, analyzing complex individual cases, and continuously optimizing existing processes. You will oversee system administration, generate detailed reports for various departments, and coordinate the implementation of legal changes with internal stakeholders. This role is vital for maintaining legally compliant and efficient time management processes, which form the reliable basis for payroll accounting. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study; or equivalent professional knowledge.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in applying labor, tariff, and civil service laws, specifically regarding leave and absence regulations.
- Several years of in-depth experience working with the SAP HR module.
- Professional experience within administrative structures and processes, specifically related to HZD and HCC.
- Proven experience in consulting and solution-oriented service delivery.

- The position is initially limited to a two-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Location is Wiesbaden. Must be eligible for public sector pay grade E 9b TV-H.
