Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated training and development team at a training center in Brandenburg an der Havel. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training content to apprentices and electrical specialists, with a specific focus on intelligent/digital local network stations. You will act as the primary point of contact for trainees, guiding them through the entire educational process, preparing them for examinations, and facilitating their transition into digitalized energy systems. Beyond teaching, you will coordinate work materials, plan training schedules, and conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Required Skills

Education
