This leadership role involves the comprehensive management and strategic oversight of two facilities: the MEDIAN Clinic Am schönen Moos and the private MEDIAN Acute Clinic in Bad Saulgau. As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the economic success and operational efficiency of both the acute care and rehabilitation centers. Day-to-day duties include coordinating with chief physicians, managing budgets, and overseeing personnel development and recruitment. You will also lead strategic projects, such as construction initiatives, and optimize clinical processes to ensure high-quality patient care. The role is highly collaborative, requiring active relationship management with health insurance providers, authorities, and external partners.
