Job Summary

This role offers a unique entry point into medical laboratory diagnostics at the MVZ Medical Laboratories Dessau Kassel. Initially focused on practical routine laboratory work, the successful candidate will operate modern analytical systems across clinical chemistry, hematology, and immunology. You will be responsible for quality control according to RiliBÄK standards and the optimization of laboratory processes. This position is particularly attractive as it serves as a foundation for training to become a certified Clinical Chemist (DGKL). You will work in a highly motivated team, eventually taking on scientific and economic responsibilities, including method validation and medical finding validation under supervision. The role requires a proactive learner ready to participate in shift work, including weekends and holidays, within a state-of-the-art diagnostic environment.
