Job Summary
As a CAD Drafter in the Development & Construction team, you will be responsible for creating and editing 3D/BIM planning documents for residential construction projects across all HOAI performance phases. Your daily routine involves conducting on-site surveys, maintaining system templates, and preparing IFC-compliant building model data for project partners. You will also handle quantity take-offs for AVA software and manage the digital plan archive. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with digital tools and structured project workflows. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as a CAD Drafter (Architecture) or Building Technician specializing in Structural Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in structural engineering or interior outfitting
- Several years of professional experience required if qualifying via equivalent background
- Profound knowledge in the use of CAD software solutions
- Experience in creating and processing IFC-compliant building model data
- Experience with on-site building surveys and inventory checks
