Job Summary

As a Systems Parameterization Technician, you will be responsible for the technical configuration and optimization of industrial systems. Your day-to-day work involves performing parameterization tasks, monitoring system performance, and conducting troubleshooting to resolve technical faults. You will play a critical role in the implementation and commissioning of new systems, working closely with project management, development, and electrical engineering departments to enhance system efficiency. A significant portion of this role (approximately 33%) involves traveling to construction sites across Germany for commissioning activities. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Technician, or a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field. Qualification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft) is required (can be acquired through the employer).

Experience

  • Professional experience in handling technical automation or control systems
  • Experience in energy technology, control technology, or low-voltage networks is highly preferred
  • Practical experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal
  • Experience in creating technical documentation, test reports, and evaluations
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 33%) for nationwide commissioning on construction sites
