Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance across 1st and 2nd level support tiers. Your daily activities will involve setting up and maintaining computer workstations, telephony systems, and client software, alongside performing detailed hardware and software troubleshooting. You will manage IT tickets through their entire lifecycle—from initial analysis and prioritization to final resolution—while ensuring all processes are meticulously documented. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Experience in hardware and software error analysis and rectification
  • Previous experience working with Help Desk environments and IT ticketing systems is desirable
  • Experience in setting up and managing computer workstations
