Job Summary

This part-time position (10-30 hours per week) involves overseeing critical compliance processes within the purification and formulation departments of a pharmaceutical environment. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing deviations, Out-of-Expectation (OOX) results, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). You will serve as a key point of contact for GMP, bioburden, and monitoring topics, while actively participating in cross-departmental compliance projects and risk assessments. A significant part of the role includes preparing for audits and inspections by organizing documentation and answering compliance-related inquiries in both German and English. Required Skills

Education

Degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biopharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or completed scientific vocational training with relevant professional experience.
