Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer or Technician at BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Berlin's urban landscape by managing modernization and renovation projects for a diverse portfolio of over 5,000 properties, including iconic landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate. Working within an internal engineering and architecture office, your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning, controlling, and quality-assuring electrical systems. You will handle key HOAI service phases (1–3 and 5–8), create technical concepts and CAD designs, and coordinate with internal teams, public authorities, and external contractors.
