As a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Compact Motion, you will serve as a central expert for drive technology within a globally recognized family-owned automation company. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing complex customer inquiries regarding servo, stepper, DC, and BLDC drives, and providing technical solutions via telephone, email, remote maintenance, or on-site visits. You will act as a vital link between customers and internal departments like product management and development to ensure smooth commissioning and troubleshooting. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a comparable qualification such as a certified Technician.

  • Proven background in customer service and solution-oriented consulting
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product management and development
