This role involves leading technical building operations in the Ingolstadt and Neuburg region, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functionality of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and measurement and control (I&C) technologies. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage technical building operations, ensure compliance with legal and technical regulations, and oversee budget and cost controls. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and handling inquiries while leading a dedicated team and creating maintenance schedules.
