Job Summary

As the Head of Digitalization, you will spearhead the implementation, security, and continuous evolution of digital nursing processes and the cross-site electronic patient record (ePA). Your daily responsibilities involve planning and managing digitalization projects within the nursing sector, ranging from initial pilot phases to the full integration of new documentation modules. A significant part of the role involves collaborating on the integration of a new Hospital Information System (Principa Planorg) and working closely with the IT department for technical customizing and operational support. You will be responsible for training employees and apprentices, ensuring they are proficient in new digital tools. Additionally, you will develop digital monitoring and benchmarking instruments to optimize quality and processes. This position is unique as it places you at the intersection of healthcare and technology, allowing you to shape the future of digital medication and nursing processes through interdisciplinary collaboration and participation in external expert committees.
