Job Summary
As a Team Assistant for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oldenburg, you will provide critical administrative support to two major departments (Dezernat I and III). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating appointments and information, organizing conferences and events, and managing travel arrangements. You will be responsible for preparing and following up on meetings, including professional minute-taking, and handling general correspondence and invoicing. A unique aspect of this role includes managing website content via Typo 3 and creating collection plans.
