Job Summary

This role is situated within the 'Central Services' IT department of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund in Berlin. As an Expert Application Developer, you will be responsible for executing highly complex software development processes and creating sophisticated data processing concepts. Your day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving critical error constellations, further developing procedures within the pension and insurance domain, and leading cross-departmental project groups. You will also take ownership of quality assurance measures and configuration management. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in software development using Python
  • Extensive practical experience and current knowledge in software development with COBOL
  • Practical experience working with agile tools and methodologies such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience leading or participating in cross-functional project and working groups
