Job Summary

This role involves supporting Technical Property Managers in the daily administration and organization of commercial real estate assets, specifically focusing on retail, office, and logistics properties. As a Technical Property Management Assistant, you will act as a primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, defect reports, and complaints while ensuring all deadlines are monitored and met. Your day-to-day will include coordinating with service providers, obtaining and evaluating service quotes, and providing commercial support for invoice processing. This position is ideal for someone with a technical affinity who enjoys working independently within a family-oriented corporate culture. The role offers a unique professional development path, providing the opportunity to eventually transition into a full Technical Property Manager position. You will work in a collaborative environment with flat hierarchies, flexible working arrangements, and the stability of a permanent contract at either the Wiesbaden or Berlin locations.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial, technical, or comparable vocational training.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical building management of commercial real estate or a similar environment is desirable
  • Experience in administrative and organizational support within the real estate sector
  • Experience in handling tenant inquiries and managing service provider correspondence
  • Experience in deadline tracking and commercial invoice processing
