Job Summary

This role involves the technical oversight and quality assurance of particle measurement technology. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality testing of equipment prior to commissioning at client sites, as well as the maintenance, repair, and calibration of measurement devices within an in-house laboratory. Beyond hands-on technical work, you will provide remote and on-site support to customers in the Frankfurt area, conduct technical training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to product improvements. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Engineering (Measurement, Electrical, Process, or Mechanical) or qualified Technician; must have certification or qualification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektro-Fachkraft).

Experience

  • Professional experience in measurement, electrical, or process engineering
  • Experience in maintenance, repair, and calibration of technical equipment
  • Experience in customer service or technical support (remote and on-site)
  • Experience in conducting technical training for internal and external clients

Languages

Additional

  • Must be a qualified electrician (Elektro-Fachkraft) or have equivalent authorization through studies. Position involves occasional on-site service in the Frankfurt area. Role is offered via temporary employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
