Job Summary
As a Site Manager for Rail Tension Leveling (Bauleiter Spannungsausgleich) based in Hamm, you will play a critical role in the permanent way welding department of a nationwide construction company. Your daily responsibilities will involve supervising subcontractors during the production of continuous welded tracks and switches, overseeing welding operations, and accompanying the final acceptance process for track welding works. Looking ahead, you will take on the independent execution and documentation of tension leveling in tracks and switches while supporting the dispatching team. This position is ideal for a professional with a background as a foreman who holds specific DB-Guideline 826 qualifications. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Foreman (Polier/Werkpolier) with additional qualification as a Site Manager for Tension Leveling (Bauleiter Spannungsausgleich) according to DB-Guideline 826.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in track construction within the rail infrastructure sector is preferred
- Experience in supervising welding works and subcontractor management
- Proven experience in organizational management and independent project execution

- Valid Driver's License Class B and E required. Must be willing to work with high degrees of independence and flexibility. Position is based in Hamm (Westphalia) with potential travel to project sites.
