Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician at apetito, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high quality standards of a leading food production family business. Based in Rheine, your daily responsibilities involve conducting chemical analyses on food products, raw materials, and water. You will manage the entire analytical process independently, from sample homogenization to data entry and evaluation within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The technical scope is broad, covering classical wet chemistry, rapid testing, automated Kjeldahl analysis, Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, and allergen testing via ELISA.
