Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Master Electrician or Mechatronics Technician to join a traditional, growth-oriented company with a clear path toward leadership. You will be responsible for the proactive repair, maintenance, and inspection of diverse technical systems, including heating, sprinkler systems, extraction units, and crane installations. Beyond routine maintenance, you will spearhead modernization projects, manage network infrastructure in coordination with IT, and ensure compliance with DGUV safety regulations. The position is unique for its 'perspective leadership' component, where the successful candidate will transition into leading the Industrial Engineering team based on personal suitability. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician degree in Electrical Engineering (completed or currently in training)
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant technical field following vocational training
- Experience in maintenance, inspection, and repair of building and electronic systems
- Experience in project management or project coordination for internal technical measures
- Leadership potential or experience to eventually head the Industrial Engineering department

- Valid Class B driver's license required; Forklift license preferred (can be acquired); Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call service for wood-fired heating systems during the heating season (October - May).
