This role involves performing critical quality control tasks within a historic and successful medium-sized flour mill in Wolfenbüttel-Kissenbrück. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the daily execution of sensory, chemical, and physical analyses of incoming goods, production samples, and loading samples. You will play a vital role in ensuring product quality by monitoring grain analytics, documenting results in the computer system, and reporting any deviations to the shift millers and Quality Assurance management.
