Job Summary

This role involves managing the international regulatory compliance and quality assurance for dietary supplements. On a daily basis, the successful candidate will register products in international regulatory databases, act as a liaison to authorities, and determine legal product claims. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing packaging designs, advertising materials, and product information files to ensure they meet legal requirements. You will also coordinate laboratory analyses, handle quality-specific topics such as vegan certification and pyrrolizidine alkaloids, and support the optimization of the Quality Management system. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in natural sciences, such as Food Chemistry (ideally 2nd State Examination), Food Law, Oecotrophology, or Food Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in quality management or regulatory environments specifically for food or dietary supplements is preferred
  • Experience in creating and updating product information files and quality assurance agreements
  • Proven experience in communicating with international regulatory authorities and handling legal claims
  • Demonstrated experience in self-organized and goal-oriented project work
