Job Summary
This role is situated within the IT Department of the State Office of Finance in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, specifically focusing on Treasury and Travel Management IT systems. As a key member of the team, you will manage the lifecycle of central budgetary and accounting systems (HKR), including user administration, master data maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for quality assurance, interface testing, and generating reports using SAP tools. A significant part of the role involves professional project management, where you will lead specific work packages and collaborate with IT service providers and state ministries. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Laws, Diploma in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt), or a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in the handling and administration of IT systems and procedures
- Experience in user support, incident management, and troubleshooting within an IT context
- Practical experience in public sector accounting or treasury systems (Cameralistics) is preferred
- Experience in project management methodologies and leading technical work packages
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting using specialized software tools
