Job Summary
As the IT Manager in Leverkusen, you will spearhead the digital backbone of a leading educational and consulting firm. You will be responsible for the stable and future-oriented operation of the entire IT landscape, ranging from workstation systems and networks to server and system infrastructure. Your daily tasks involve leading a small IT team, providing service-oriented support to staff and students, and managing network security, cloud environments, and virtualization. You will play a strategic role in optimizing IT processes and standards to ensure scalability and efficiency across multiple locations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in an IT environment
- Experience in Windows administration and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Initial leadership experience is preferred
- Experience in managing network and system infrastructures
- Proven track record in independent and structured IT project execution
