Job Summary
As the IT Technical Lead for B2B CRM Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving Tchibo's digital evolution from Bucharest. You will be technically responsible for the implementation and launch of an MVP webshop architecture, utilizing SAP OMF, SAP CRM, and SAP S/4HANA Retail. Beyond the initial launch, you will lead the transition of these technical processes into a future-proof architecture, replacing legacy systems. Your day-to-day involves managing service providers, monitoring budgets, and performing pre-analysis of incidents while acting as a strategic sparring partner for the business to prioritize technical adjustments. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in agile environments and enjoys bridging the gap between complex backend SAP processes and business requirements. Required Skills
Education
University degree focused on IT or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- At least 4 years of project experience in the IT field, specifically with SAP CRM on-premise.
- Multiple years of experience working in an agile project environment.
- Professional experience in SAP backend process development and operation.
- Experience in managing service providers, developers, and project budgets.
- Proven experience in conceptual and analytical solution design.
