Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Master Electrician to lead and manage an electrical team while overseeing complex technical projects. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of electrotechnical projects within plant and machinery environments. Your duties include the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, alongside performing detailed fault analysis and implementing technical solutions. A unique aspect of this position is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves field-based assembly and commissioning at customer sites on a rotational schedule (2 weeks on-site, 1 week home). This allows you to build deep technical knowledge and team rapport before transitioning into a more stationary leadership and disposition role.
