Job Summary
This role involves serving as the Deputy Head of HR Organization for the Municipality of Kirchheim near Munich, supporting a community of approximately 14,000 residents. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel administration, recruitment processes, and payroll accounting. Key tasks include maintaining time tracking systems, preparing personnel cost reports, and acting as a primary contact for social security and wage tax audits. The position offers a high degree of variety and responsibility, requiring you to step in for the department head when necessary. This is a versatile role within the public sector, initially offered as a parental leave replacement. Education

Experience

- Practical knowledge of German civil service law (Beamtenrecht) and public sector collective agreements (TVöD)
- Experience in payroll accounting and social security/tax auditing processes
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
