This role involves serving as the Deputy Head of HR Organization for the Municipality of Kirchheim near Munich, supporting a community of approximately 14,000 residents. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel administration, recruitment processes, and payroll accounting. Key tasks include maintaining time tracking systems, preparing personnel cost reports, and acting as a primary contact for social security and wage tax audits.
