This full-time, permanent position within the Municipal Building Management of Magdeburg involves overseeing the electrical and technical systems of public buildings, including schools, daycare centers, and cultural sites. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Building Services Engineering with a focus on Technical Building Equipment.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in supply technology or technical building equipment
- Extensive experience with electrical installations, lighting, and hazard alarm systems
- Proven experience in handling technical regulations and legal frameworks (VOB, VOL, VgV, HOAI)
- Experience in energy data collection and facility optimization
